Abstract

The current research aimed to measure the efficacy of an “Electronic Program in Science based on the intersection between I-TPACK Framework and Substitution, Augmentation, Modification, and Redefinition (SAMR) Model for developing Digital Teaching Skills and Creative Teaching Skills among Students- Science teachers at the Faculty of Education”. The research problem stated, “the weakness of Digital Teaching skills and the Creative Teaching skills among the students- Science teachers”. To handle this problem, an e-program based on the intersection between I-TPACK Framework, and Technology transitions in the SAMR Model was prepared. The experimental design is represented in the student book& its hands-on, and the instructor guide. The Digital Teaching and Creative Teaching tests are built as research assessment tools. The research group was selected; It consisted of (35) students; Fourth level- Science department - Faculty of Education. The research tools were administered to the research group. The results revealed that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores of student-science teachers in the pre-and post-results of the Digital Teaching Skills test, In addition to a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) between the mean scores of students in the pre-and post-results of Creative Teaching test. The research recommended reconsidering the development of Science Teachers' preparation programs based on recent digital skills based on the I-TPACK Framework and SAMR Model to ensure they are ready for future digital disruptions and have the competencies of digital teaching and creative teaching skills.
