Effectiveness of a Proposed Program Based on Generative Artificial Intelligence’ Tools in Achieving some of the Anti- Drug Abuse Education Standards for Science Student_ Teachers

Abstract

The current research aimed to recognize the effectiveness of a proposed program based on generative artificial intelligence’ tools in achieving some of the Anti-drugs’ education standards for science student_ teachers, so a quasi-experimental approach (one group design with pre-post measuring), committed throgh next procedures: preparing a list of some Anti-drugs’ education standards which we can develop among science student_ teachers- preparing a test and two meseaures for the availability of the Anti- drugs’ education cognitive, affective & psychomotor standards for science student_ teachers- designing a student_ teacher book and teacher guide for a a proposed program based on generative artificial intelligence’ tools in achieving some of the Anti- drugs’ education standards for science student_ teachers- choose the study group randomly among the 4th year science specialties from Qena faculty of education- apply the study experience, and the results indicated the effectiveness of the proposed program based on generative artificial intelligence’ tools in achieving some of the Anti- drugs’ education standards in its’ sides (cognitive, affective & psychomotor) for science student_ teachers, the differences between the pre and post performance of the study group on the research tools were statistically significant at the level of 0.01, with a large impact size effect, and the study recommended of the necessity of including teachers programs a course about drugs, its kinds, its dangerous and how someone can protect himself of it.
