Abstract

The research objective is to: Identify the impact of a training program based on education (4.0) In light of the NSTA/ASTE standards for the preparation of science teachers to develop the creative performance and personal discipline of the teacher, the research sample consisted of (25) of science teachers, the research tools included: the training program based on education (4.0) In light of the NSTA/ASTE standards for the preparation of science teachers , a list of creative performance dimensions, a list of personal discipline dimensions, the creative performance scale, the teacher's personal discipline scale, the experimental approach with a semi-experimental design was used for one group, and appropriate statistical methods were used to calculate The results of the research showed that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the scores of science teachers in the pre- and post-applications of research tools in favor of the post-application, and the research recommended some recommendations, including the inclusion of education concepts and practices (4.0) in pre-service science teacher preparation programs in colleges of education, the development of continuous evaluation tools to measure the level of creative performance and personal discipline of science teachers
