Abstract

The current research aims to verify the effectiveness of a program based on lesson Study and web Quest in developing future thinking and teacher self-efficacy among student teachers in the Biology Division. effectiveness of a program, future thinking scale and teacher self-efficacy scale, and the results were reached: There is a statistically significant difference at the 0.01 level between the mean scores of the research group in the two applications, Pre and post applications in favor of the post application of the measures of future thinking and teacher self-efficacy, and the research recommends working on developing teacher preparation and training programs I have to use lesson research, include the lesson research model in science teacher preparation programs, whether in micro-teaching or field training, provide training programs for field training supervisors in schools on lesson research, train student teachers at the College of Education on web Quest and employ them in their self-professional development.
