Abstract

    The research aims to developed visual thinking and reduce cognitive load for 1st preparatory students through group of activities which linked to science curriculum and prepared by visual thinking networks, and to achieved the goals of this research prepared visual thinking test , cognitive load measurement, teacher’s guide and student’s book to teaching the unit of matter and it’s properties, has been chosen two groups (experimental& control) of  1st preparatory students, and applicate tribal application and post application for research tools to obtaining results which indicated to effectiveness of visual thinking networks to development visual thinking and reduce cognitive load for experimental group, and the research ended by group of recommendation and suggestion which indicated to uses visual thinking networks for development visual thinking skills and reduce cognitive load for the students in science teaching.
