Abstract

The aim of the research is to prepare a proposed training program based on instructional coaching and science standards for the next generation, and its impact on developing the professional competence of teachers was used. prepared during the program), and interviews: individual and focus group. The female teachers of the research sample were intentionally selected from among the physics teachers in the secondary stage who are studying Physics 2, who agreed to contribute to the implementation of the research experiment from Taif Governorate, and their number was 20 teachers. Quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS software, and qualitative data were analyzed using MAXQDA software. The results showed a high impact size of the proposed training program in developing professional competence, which amounted to 1.32, and the qualitative results confirmed the quantitative results, and contributed to their interpretation.
