Abstract

The current study tried to recognize the effectiveness of a proposed science unit using infographic in developing the awareness of corona virus for preparatory stage pupils, so an experimental approach committed (symmetrical groups design, "control & experimental group design with pre-post measuring"), and the results indicated the effectiveness of the proposed science unit using infographic in developing the awareness of corona virus for preparatory stage pupils, the differences between the pre performance of the study groups on each tool were statistically significant at the level of 0.01, with a large impact size effect & the modified gain ratio for the control group wasn't significant, & the study recommended that science curricula for all stages should include topics dealing with epidemiological diseases, and recommended to direct the attention of curricula planners to the importance of using infographics in education.
