Abstract

The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program through the Blackboard e-learning management system, based on the principles of ergonomics, in developing distance teaching skills and academic buoyancy among student teachers. The research reached several results, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the students of the experimental and control groups in the post application of each of the distance teaching skills assessment form as a whole and in each of its main skills and the academic buoyancy scale as a whole and in each dimensions in favor of the experimental group and there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre and post applications of each of the distance teaching skills assessment form as a whole and in each of its main skills and the academic buoyancy scale as a whole and in each of its dimensions in favor of the post application.
