Abstract

Present study aimed to identify the effect of a proposed program in the view of some scientific texts in the Holy Quran and in the light of Gibbs Reflective cycle in the development of visual thinking and some processes of science among Egyptian third grade primary school students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The study followed the analytical descriptive approach in the identification of Gibbs reflective cycle  its different stages and how to implement it. What are the processes of science, how to develop them and how to measure them? What is the visual thinking and its different skills and how to measure them?.
The sample of the study consisted of (27) students (24 languages ​​- 3 Arabic) in the school of Geel  Al Faisal Al Ahlia -Egyptian section, for the academic year 2017/2018.
The results of the study include:
- The average score of experimental students group in the post-application of the visual thinking test is higher than of their average scores in the pre- application for the same test and the difference  statistically at the significant level of 0.001.
This indicates the effectiveness of teaching a proposed program based on some scientific texts in the Holy Quran and based on the Gibbs reflective cycle on the development of some visual thinking skills among primary school students. The size of the effect is great.
- The average score of experimental students group in the post-application of science operations test is higher than of their average scores in the pre- application for the same test and the difference statistically at the significant level of 0.001.
- This indicates the effectiveness of teaching a proposed program based on some of the scientific texts in the Holy Quran and based on the Gibbs reflective cycle on the development of some science processes among primary school students and on the size of Significant impact.
