Building a training program in the professional qualification for a license for a science teacher in the preparatory stage in light of the quality requirements and performance standards

Abstract

The research dealt with the shortcomings of the current training programs in meeting the changes occurring in the field of science teacher training, which are based on quality requirements and performance standards, the research aimed to achieve the quality of the teacher in the preparatory stage, raise his efficiency in teaching, and in work in the school and society, and to advance the process of professional development of the teacher. In the field of science education, preparing the junior (assistant) science teacher to pass the requirements for obtaining a teacher's license and competently test them. The researcher conducted an analytical and descriptive study to prepare the proposal of a training program in the professional qualification of a science teacher license. and prepared a questionnaire for the experts and teachers the result showed that the program is compatible with the desired change requirements for the level of teachers, and that it is characterized by high quality, and leads to enriching the educational process and increasing the experience of the teacher, finally recommended the application of the proposed program, and the provision of capabilities and the appropriate environment in terms of the efficiency of trainers, and the ability to absorb the trainees.
